Common Help Topics
My data is missing
Check whether you are viewing guest mode, a different ledger, or a shared iCloud account. If you recently changed devices, confirm that iCloud is enabled for the Apple ID that owns or shares the ledger.
iCloud sharing is not updating
Confirm that all participants are signed in to iCloud, have network access, and have accepted the share invitation. Some iCloud changes can take a few minutes to appear across devices.
Currency conversion is unavailable
Currency conversion requires network access to retrieve exchange-rate information. If the service is temporarily unavailable, try again later.
CSV import or export
When importing CSV files, make sure the file format matches the fields expected by Ledgery. Exported files are created only when you request them and are controlled by you.
